Hate Makes You Stronger
"Hate Makes You Stronger, Love Makes You Weaker"
Hate and love are opposing forces, yet they share the same human roots. Hate, effortless and fueled by fear, thrives in today’s world, from social media to global conflicts. It demands nothing to exist, making it dangerously easy to spread.
Love, by contrast, requires vulnerability and courage. To love is to risk loss and face fear. Despite its power to heal, love is often perceived as fragile or weak. Ironically, we justify hateful actions under the guise of love—claiming to protect those we cherish while succumbing to fear-driven division.
Even if it's for the sake of the love that was lost, there is no reason to fight if the cause is peace.
This collection embodies the duality of strength and fragility, inspired by kintsugi, the Japanese art of finding beauty in imperfection. Hand-sewn leather patchwork honors the lives of the animals, transforming their skins into symbols of resilience. Rooted in the neo-warrior concept, it draws on the courage of protesters and Roman gladiators, embracing vulnerability as a form of power. It stands as a reminder that true strength lies in healing, mending, and striving for peace in a divided world.
