Shipping and Refund Policy

Returns:

You have 14 days from the date your item is shipped to change your mind. Please note that we do not offer refunds. Instead, the amount will be credited to a gift card, which can be used for future purchases and is valid for 2 years.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please ensure the items are kept in their original packaging. Tags and hygiene seals should remain intact until you're sure you won't be returning the item. If the tags or seals are removed, this may affect your eligibility for a gift card.

The following items may not be eligible for a gift card:

• Personalized items or goods made to a customer's specifications.
• Ladie's or men's briefs that have been unsealed.

Processing Time:

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your order to be processed and delivered after it has been placed and for the gift card to be issued after your return is received.
